I finally remembered to pop over here to read your post. I had honestly never thought about covering the skylights...but I'm sure it makes a world of difference with heat coming in! It sounds like you had quite the project, and after many tries (and successful in the end!), I'm sure you learned a lot. I like the verses you used at the end. Thanks for and interesting post!

Weaving can be great fun. Donna tried it. Last year she made a foot-stool with her sister. Her aunt was the teacher, who teaches and weaves as a home business.

God bless the work of your hands.

I always thought it would be fun to learn how to make baskets! I like the resourcefulness you all demonstrated in finding different materials to use right in your own yard.

I look forward to seeing them on Sunday!

I love that you found so many natural materials around you to use--very creative and resourceful. I'll have to ask my grandmother if she's ever made baskets using random plants before.

I enjoyed your earlier post on the plant sprouts as well.
