Wow - more fine feathered friends! Sounds like fun. By the way, I am here with Daniel, Sarah, Kenan, and Adam giving them the official tour of the blog. They like it - great job. Its an encouragement seeing things continue to develop.

We're planning to pick up the birds tomorrow morning. I hope to post some photos of them soon.

Update! We just picked up the birds. They look great! We need to let them get used to our house for a while before we let them out.

I just posted a photo of one of them.

We just let them out a couple minutes ago!  They were fun, but they bit us a little.  They perched on the strings of lights we have in the family room.  They can even hold onto vertical brickwork!  They seemed rather clumsy compared to the smaller parakeets, though.  But they whistle and sing, and say 'pretty bird'.  We're trying to teach them part of "Jesus loves me"  already.

I really like Chantilly because he's so personable  When he starts to sing and say "pretty bird," I reward him by scratching his head.  He really seems to like that.
